Attention Freshmen: Would you like to run for office? Pick up an Election packet at the Main Office windows or in Colt Court at Lunch. Elections meeting will be this Friday after school in Room 67. We are looking for Class President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Representative.

Freshman elections have been moved to next week. They will begin with meet the candidates on Wednesday, September 12th and voting will be Thursday and Friday. For those interested in running for office, there will be a brief meeting today after school in room 67. You can pick up information at that time.

You can still purchase ASB, Yearbooks, and PE Clothes at the main office windows during both lunches. GET YOURS TODAY!

For those who purchased their ASB stickers during registration please come to Colt Court at lunch to pick up your class and Fear the Colt shirts. Please have your ID available.

ASB stickers, Yearbooks, and PE clothes will be sold at lunch the rest of the week at the Main Office windows. ASB/Fear the Colt stickers are $25. Yearbooks are $70w/ASB and $80 w/out ASB (Payment Plan available) and PE clothes are $8.00 for T shirts, $12.00 shorts, and $6.00 for combination lock. Two XL and up are $2.00 more.

Four seniors are needed to tutor our zero period A.P. Support Class. Applicants must be at or near the top of their class, with extensive AP experience and excellent people skills. If you are interested please see Mr. Coats in room 305, or email him as soon as possible.

Any students want to learn how to play the violin, viola, cello, or bass? Join our string orchestra class during 2nd period. Please see your counselor to add into the class.

JOB ALERT! Summer Work Permits are good until September 20th. School Year Work Permits Applications 2012 -2013 are now available in the Career Center in Colt Necessities area, in each House Office and online at the James Logan Website. Once completed return WPA with a signed copy of your Social Security Card to Mr. Richberg in room # 63 during 4th/5th periods for processing.

Auditions for the fall production Stage Door will be Tuesday, Sept. 11 after school in room 722. It’s the story of struggling young actress.

CLUBS
“Punjabi Club and Sikh Forum" will be meeting today after school in room 442. We will discuss elections and plan activities for this school year. All interested are invited to join in.
