Logan Spirit Squad tryouts for the 2012-2013 season! Clinics will be held on April 30th in the Dance Studio from 4 to 6:30 p.m., May 1 in the Al Rod Gym from 4 to 6:30 p.m., May 2 in the Choir Room from 4 to 6:30 p.m., May 3 in the Choir Room from 4 to 7 p.m., and May 4 in the Choir Room from 4 to 8 p.m. Pre-tryouts meeting will be April 26th in the Spot at 7 p.m.
Need Driver’s Ed? The next class is June 18, 19 & 20 at the Adult School. Cost is $125. Applications are available in your house office, or see Mr. Caruso in Room 77.
ACTIVITIES
Hey Logan! Come see the One Acts this Wednesday and Thursday, May 3rd and 4th, in the Little Theater at 7:00 p.m. tickets are $6 for students and $8 for general admission. Please, I encourage you to go.
The Ballet Folklorico will be having its annual Concierto Primavera (Spring dance concert) on Saturday, May 19th, at Logan’s Center for the Performing Arts. In addition to the Folklorico dancers, live music will consist of as Mariachi, singer and a harpist. Admission is $12 for students with I.D., $15 for adults. See any dancer or Mr. Huertas in House I for tickets and information.
It’s Tuesday! That means tonight the Food Truck Mafia will be in the Logan parking lot from 4:30 to 9:00 p.m. Come have a meal, visit with friends and listen to music. Trucks will rotate each week. See you there!

Noteworthy is BACK! The UC Berkeley a capella group will be in the Little Theater on Tuesday, May 1st, during both lunches to perform some of their favorites, as well as new material. Please join them for what should be another enjoyable and entertaining performance that includes song, dance, humor, and some friendly college advice. Admission is FREE!
It’s tomorrow! Don’t drive or ride the bus to school. Ride a bike and join the Logan Bike Pool. We meet tomorrow morning at 7:25 a.m. in front of Mountain Mike’s in Union Landing. We’ll leave promptly at 7:30 and arrive at Logan by 8:00 a.m. Helmets are required for this event, but some helmets are available. Join us for this large group ride. Snacks will be provided. Sign up in Room 68, or just show up at Union Landing. Staff and students welcome.

ATTN. SENIORS: Please check the list of names on the glass doors of the main office leading to Colt Court to confirm the spelling of your name for your diploma. If your name is spelled incorrectly, or if there is any other error, please get a form from Mrs. Whitaker to make corrections. Your diploma is a legal document, and you must use your true name. THE CORRECTION FORMS ARE DUE BACK TO MRS. WHITAKER NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY, MAY 2ND.
Seniors: If you have won a scholarship or an award other than the NHSF scholarships, please fill out the “WooHoo Flyer” in the Career Center or your House Office. We want to be sure to add these accomplishments to this year’s Honors Convocation program. If you don’t share, we don’t know….so please share!
