MVROP open house is Oct. 27th at 6 p.m. at their Fremont site next to Kennedy High School. This is a great time to get out, walk through the ROP classrooms, meet the teachers and current students. In general, find out what ROP is really about.

ACTIVITIES

M.E.Ch.A. is having their annual Suavecito Dance on Saturday, October 29. Tickets are $8 in advance, $10 at the door. For any questions, go to Room 407.

If you signed up for wrestling, you must have your paperwork turned in to Coach Bagaoisan by Nov. 3 in order to practice. If you haven’t signed up and need the paperwork, see him in the P.E. office.

CLUBS

The Helping Hands Club meets on Thursday after school in Room 526.

Come and join the JLHS Praise Dance Group in Room 529, starting Nov. 8th after school at 3:35 p.m. See Ms. Allen for more information!

Sikh Forum meets today immediately after school in Room 442. Members are requested to be on time to participate in important plans to be finalized.

Guy Emanuele Elementary School is hosting a Halloween Party on Friday, October 28th. They are hoping to get some volunteer help from the Class of 2012! For more information, check Logan’s website, or pick up a flyer in the Career Center.

If you missed the October 11th UC Personal Statement Workshop, there will be one more offered on November 2nd after school. This will be the final Personal Statement Workshop we will be offering this school year. So if you need help, or still have questions after attending the last workshop, be sure to attend the November 2nd meeting. Sign-ups are in the Career Center.
