Yearbooks are on sale for $90. Come by Room 44 after school to buy yours. Hurry,
because supplies are limited.

Need Driver’ s Ed? There will be two sessions this summer at the Adult School. The
first session is June 20, 21 & 22. The second session is August 8, 9 & 10. Cost is $125.
Applications are now available in your house office, or see Mr. Caruso in Room 77 for an
application or details.

Do you love to sing and dance? Choir auditions are May 10-13. Advanced Choir and
Jazz Choir are Tuesday, May 10th. Show Choir is May 12 & 13 (Thurs. & Fri.) For
Show Choir you must attend both days. Join our championship teams.

Homework: Saturday School is open this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. Take
advantage of a place to get some tutoring, computers, a place to work with peers, and a
welcome atmosphere too. Enter by carpeted hallway near Media Center to Rooms 77 and
78.

No TDAP, No schedule! A new State law now requires that all incoming 7th to 12th
graders get a whooping cough booster s hot, called Tdap, before entering school. You
will not be able to get your schedule or be able to start school next year until you receive
the shot and documentation is brought to the school office! Have your parents contact
your doctor now to schedule this booster shot. If you have any questions about the shot
or where to get it, please see the staff member in charge of immunizations in the office.

ACTIVITIES
Do you want to ZUMBA? The Ballet Folklorico and Cheerleaders are having a Fiesta
Zumba fundraiser tonight from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Pavilion. It is $10 at the door. Come
and exercise to Latin music!!!

Looking for a unique experience of a lifetime? Then come out to help paint the flight
deck of the USS Hornet in Alameda. For more information, pick up the blue half-sheet
flyer in the Career Center’ s community service area.

The 22nd Annual One Act Festival will be held tonight at 7:00 p.m. in the Little Theatre.
Tickets are now on sale for $3 with ASB, and $5 without. See Jaiden in Room 722.

The Mission Valley Track & Field Club is holding a track meet this Saturday, May 7th,
from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Coach Webb needs volunteers. For more information, read your

MECHAs annual car show is today during both lunches. Come look at cars and enjoy
tacos!

CLUBS
G.S.A. meets today to discuss upcoming activities and the field trip.

The reunited Step Team will meet Tuesday thru Thursday from 3:40 to 5:00 p.m. for our
last performance together. Don’ t miss out!

Seniors: The last day to pay anything by check is Friday, May 27. After this date, by
cash only.

If you have won a scholarship or received an award, we want to include and honor you at
this year’s Honors Convocation ceremony. Please come to the Career Center and fill out
a “WOOHOO, I WON” form.
