MISCELLANEOUS
Hallways at Lunch: Students, the 60s, 70s & 80s hallways are closed for use during
lunch time. Because of disruption to classroom instruction and learning, students are
no longer permitted in the hallways during lunch time. Please make sure you exit the
hallways as quickly as possible and do not use them during lunch.

“ Homework—Saturday School is open this Saturday from 9am to 12pm. Take advantage
of a place to get some tutoring, computers, a place to work w/peers, and a welcome
atmosphere too. Enter by carpeted hallway near media center to rooms 77 and 78.”

Powder Puff Game DVDs are running out. Hurry by Coach Zuber’ s Room 306 to get
your copy for ONLY $15.

2011-2012 Spirit Squad Tryout Clinics, Monday – Thursday, 3:30 to 6:00 p.m. in the
Dance Studio. Tryouts will be Friday 3:30 to 7:00 p.m.

Yearbooks are on sale for $90. Come by Room 44 after school to buy yours. Hurry,
because supplies are limited.

ACTIVITIES
There will be auditions today, April 19th, and Thursday, April 21st to sing the National
Anthem at the Top 8 Track & Field Invitational. These are paid positions. Please see
Coach Webb after school.

Do you want to ZUMBA? The Ballet Folklorico and Cheerleaders are having a Fiesta
Zumba fundraiser on Friday, May 6th from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Pavilion. It is $10 at the
door. Come and exercise to Latin music!!!

CLUBS
Come to the Youth Alive Christian Club today after school in Room 418.

The Helping Hands Club will meet this Wednesday in Room 442 right after school.

JUNIORS
Attn. Juniors: Junior Prom “The City is Ours” is on Saturday, April 30 from 8:00 p.m.
to 12:00 midnight here in the Pavilion. Tickets are now being sold for $40.00 per person
at the main office windows during lunch. Enjoy delicious food and drinks, dance the
night away, and share special memories with your friends or that special someone. Guest
passes are already available at the main office. Buy your tickets now – prices will go up
to $60 next Thursday.

11th Grade College Night is Thursday, April 21st. Find out what’s in store for you next
year as a senior, and what you’ll need to do to prepare for college admissions! And bring
mom and dad, they need to know too!
