Need Driver’s Education? Your place is the Adult School. Cost is $125. Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, December 20, 21 & 22, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Applications are now available in your house office, or see Mr. Caruso in Room 77 for both an application and details.

Hispanic University presentation will be held on Wednesday, December 8th, 3rd period. Interested Juniors and Seniors should sign up in the Career Center.

Don’t forget to donate to the winter canned food drive to your 2nd period December 6-15. Donations are never too much for the homeless. Class winners will win free breakfast on December 16th.

December 1st was World AIDS Day! Pick up a red ribbon at the Health Center and wear it throughout the month to show your support.

ACTIVITIES

Homework/Saturday school is open this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Take advantage of a place to get some tutoring, computers, a place to work with peers, and a welcome atmosphere too. Enter by the carpeted hallway near Media Center to Rooms 77 & 78.

The Masquerade Ball will be on Friday, December 10th. Tickets and guest passes are available in the old attendance office starting Wednesday, December 1. Tickets are $10 general price, $8 w/ASB. No tickets will be sold at the door.

All Sophomores, 10th graders, the counselors will be hosting 10th Grade Parent Night from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday night, December 9th, in the Little Theater. Bring your parents and get a chance to learn about your 4 year plans and courses offered at Logan which can steer you into jobs, college, and careers following graduation. You will receive a free copy of your current transcript. Counselors will be available to answer your questions following the program. Don’t miss this event! See you there!

Want to help Logan and the community become more “Green?” Join Sustainability Club in Room 421 on Fridays. See Ms. Galaria for details.

There will be a Humanitarian Assistance meeting Tuesday after school in Room 444. We will be taking yearbook pictures.

Come to the Youth Alive Christian Club tomorrow after school in Room 418.
