Only days remain for the senior class and their high school career will come to an end. Luckily, we have memories to hold with us forever.

The top four memories, voted by seniors, are Homecoming day, Senior Skit, Powderpuff, and Senior Prom.

Senior Dana Llarena said, “it was good to take the league title back on homecoming day” while Darren Dela Pena says, “the dance routine [for skit] was epic.”


However, the two most dominating senior activities were the Powderpuff game and Senior Prom.

Alex Gonzalez said that “Powderpuff was mind-blowing awesome!” However, when asked what he thought about portraying a girl, he responded and said “it’s not something I would do on a daily basis.

Lastly, Senior Prom was a very eventful night. Christine Moon claims “the small dance floor let people get loose without anyone noticing. “Shy people could were able to open themselves up.” In addition, she said, “the DJ could improve, but he was good overall.”

Even though many Senior’s anticipate Grad Night and Senior Picnic being the best memories for the class of 2010, here are recaps of the current top four Senior Memories:

1) Senior prom- Located at the historic Hayes Mansion in San Jose. It had ice cream, cookies, and other snacks for dessert, plus punch and water for beverages. The ballroom consisted of tables on the outer rim and the dance floor in the center. The DJ played current music with few slow songs.

2) Powderpuff- The Juniors and seniors had an epic game with a controversial ending. The final score was 31-26 and had many epic plays. The boys dressed up as girls and performed a dance routine to songs like Tik-Tok, How low can you go, and Oh my Gosh.

3) Senior Skit: Seniors performed a skit about a controlling King who is defeated by two heroes. Dance routines consisted of many guy and girl seniors with current songs.

4) Homecoming rally and game: Rally had freshmen in yellow, sophomores in green, juniors in white, and Seniors in the school color black. It had several games and a dance routine performed by the cheerleaders. The senior float was a coliseum and we won the football game against Washington.
