The movie quoted above, Kick-Ass has been in theaters for a while and earned many positive reviews. You should go see it while it's still on the big screen.

Kick-Ass is a superhero movie unlike any other. This movie is an action-filled comedy based on an outcast high school student, Dave Lizewski whose obsession with comic books and his boring everyday life leads him to become Kick-Ass. Kick-Ass is a superhero with no special powers or training, but a lot of courage and attitude.

Dave is absolutely not built to play the role of a superhero; therefore his first attempts to fighting crime turn out to be epic failures. He returns home from fighting the forces of evil with brutal stab-wounds and beatings. However, after his first victory reaches YouTube, Kick-Ass gains hundreds of fans and transforms into an online sensation.

Kick-Ass is soon joined by Red Mist, Hit Girl and her father Big Daddy and together they fight off street crime, including harmful drug dealers. Kick-Ass is definitely one of the greatest superhero movies made because of its originality and great mixture of both adventure and humor. It brings a twist to the definition of an ideal superhero and spices it up with a little more wit and inspiration. I highly recommend this movie for other teenagers and grown ups, since it is Rated R. I enjoyed watching this movie; I was laughing the entire time. Thus, I would give it a remarkable 8.5 out of 10 stars.
