Chris Brown released his newest mixtape a few weeks ago, and, mind you, I've been a Chris Brown basher since the first time I heard his high pitched wail that passes for singing.

Things change. I downloaded his mixtape "In My Zone" last night and I was blown away. I actually listened to the entire thing and I did not have suicidal thoughts afterward. In fact, I even enjoyed it!

I found myself putting "Big Booty Judy" on repeat for the rest of the night. His music has really evolved from something that made little prepubescent teenage girls scream, to something that can be tolerated by a wider range of listeners.

I give this mixtape 8.5 warrants of arrest out of 10.

DJ Ill Will produced Bow Wow's newest mixtape, entitled "The Greenlight 2". This mixtape is better than the original "Greenlight," and it shows an evolution in the music of Bow Wow.

I was hesitant in downloading this mixtape, but after hearing the great reviews from friends, i had to try it out for myself. i must say that I was pleasantly surprised when listening to it. Granted, it's the same misogynistic music with no positive message to it, but at least it is catchy.

The song "Boyfriend for the Night" is hands down my favorite in the entire mixtape. Beware of the vulgarity of this album.

I give this mixtape 7 woofs out of 10.
