Following 2007's Punk Goes Acoustic 2, the minds at Fearless Records unleashed Punk Goes Crunk last April. Artists like New Found Glory, Say Anything, The Maine, and The Devil Wears Prada, just to name a few try at covers of popular songs like Akon's "I wanna Love You", Outkast's "Hey Ya!", and 2Pac's "California Love".

Skeptics might think, hey what gives? This must be the worst thing to happen to rap since Kevin Federline, but if you heard 2006's Punk Goes 90's Gym Class Heroes' version of The Red Hot Chili Pepper's "Under The Bridge", this CD will not disappoint. Think you have finally got Rihanna's "Umbrella" out of your head? All Time Low's rendition of it will stick in your mind for another year. This CD, does not only contain punk but delivers techno, screamo, and mellow sounds.

Not only does this CD show that these bands can take a shot at a different genre, but it also gets there name out to the public. Some of these songs have even been added to set lists at the shows they play.
