Sophomore Anthony Bona's power at the plate helped the Colts win twice against Irvington Wednesday, helping the team take a commanding lead for the Mission Valley Athletic League Championship.

Recently there has been a great deal of information circulated within our District about "declining enrollment."

This "declining enrollment" is being used to justify budget cuts. Numbers are being circulated purporting to demonstrate large losses of income to NHUSD as a result of this phenomenon.

Logan Senior Anthony Orozco, who last weekend broke a 20-year-old school pole vaulting record, signed a letter-of-intent to attend California State University at Northridge Wednesday afternoon.

A traveling group of professional skaters, bladers and bikers brought their portable, RV-mounted, state-of-the-art pro half-pipe to the visitor parking lot Thursday, then performed acrobatic stunts on it for the entertainment of Logan students, all to promote milk and discourage the use of tobacco.
