MISCELLANEOUS
PACT tickets will be on sale until November 5th.Tickets is sold at the student window. Practice guides have not arrived. Please listen for announcements when to pick them up. Any questions see Ms. Hull or Mr. Brar in House 2.

ASB stickers and yearbooks are on sale at the main office windows everyday at lunch. Please allow time for student workers to make it to the windows to set up. ASB stickers are $25 and yearbooks are $70 w/ASB and $80 w/out. Payment plans are available for yearbooks.

Columbia University is visiting our area on 10/24 at 7pm. They will be at Homestead High in Cupertino. To register for this event go to http://www.studentaffairs.columbia.edu/admissions/visit/you

Many college and university reps are currently traveling around the country holding presentations for students and their families to attend. These events are typically held evenings and weekends in hotels around the Bay Area. Hey, Colt Necessities Spirit Store is now OPEN Tuesdays and Thursday during 4th and 5th periods in the Career Center. Logan's logo brand t-shirts, hoodies, baseball hats, and free pencils are at Colt Necessities. Stop on by, see what's new.
Reminder: Students can only park in spaces behind the swim complex. If you are found parking in staff spaces anywhere on campus you will be towed. If towed you are looking at fees of $156.00 plus $65.00 a day for storage and taxes.

Kitayama Elementary needs 6 volunteers to help with their Literacy Night on October 24. For more information, check under the College /Career information on our Logan website or pick up a flyer in the Career Center.

Come and see for yourself what ROP is all about at their annual Open House. Visit the classrooms and meet with the ROP teachers and current students. All this is happening on their Fremont campus at the corner of Stevenson and Blacow, Thursday, October 25th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm.

Today is the deadline to register to vote. You can go to the Logan website and click on the link for on line voter registration.

Students have been wondering what they can do to help with the November election. Please direct questions to Ms. Jackson.

Those students who have signed up and are interested in finding out more about Mount St. Mary's should report directly to the Career Center at the start of 1st period tomorrow.

Logan’s college presentation line up for this week is Mount St. Mary’s on Tuesday. UOP on Wednesday and UC Santa Barbara on Thursday. Don’t forget to sign up for these and other presentations in the Career Center

A Free Personal Statement Workshop will be held in The Spot on Wednesday October 24th after school at 2:00 pm.
